Redox-Flow Battery Concept

• A redox flow battery is a synthesis of the words reduction, oxidation, and flow.
The battery that charge/discharge by pumping electrolytic solution into the cell from the tank,

which have saved the electrolytic solution with potential changing ironic ion.

• Pumps the tank-saved electrolytic solution of each anodes that the mixture of ironic ion like vanadiums and acidic solution to battery cell from the each tank.

 An electrolytic solution of the positive electrode and the negative electrode is prepared by using









Redox-Flow Battery Features


• Since the battery reaction depends on the valence of the vanadium ions, the product life time is extended(12,000 times chargeable and dischargeable)
• Separable cell and tank structure allows custom production considering the construct location.
• Maintenance is required because there would be some adjustment of parts such as pumps and cooling devices.
• Need to replace vanadium ion membrane

• Eco-friendly : The electrolytic solution is innoxuous to human body and it has no toxic gas.•Stablility : The electronic solution is water-soluble: no explosion•Charge/discharge cycle : more than 10,000 times [ 13 year use for charging/discharging 2 times a day (95% efficiency)]

• Connected status control system with the inverter through Redox Flow battery BMS for ESS 30kwh and 5kw output product. 

• As a chemical energy converter into electrical energy by electrolyte flow, BOP (Balance of Plant) is a product that converts chemical energy into electrical energy by the flow of electrolyte.

• Works as management of flow rate information of each product element and electrolyte

• Displaying LCD DISPLAY data such as flow information, temperature information, level information, charge information, etc. and sending out data to the outside
